Get An Optimum pH-Level With These 27 Vegan Alkaline Foods

Posted on April 9, 2016 By 11 Comments on Get An Optimum pH-Level With These 27 Vegan Alkaline Foods

Unfortunately, most of the food we use to eat is acidic. In most cases, these foods are processed foods and they include meat and diary products. The pH-level might be one of the best criterion to determine the status of health of a person and is completely effected by our diet habits. The optimum pH-level should be around 7. People who exceed this value are already steering toward an imbalance and thus are subject to fall victim much faster to diseases than others. People who are diagnosed with cancer often use to have a pH level of around 4. Cancer cells cannot survive in an alkaline environment. They already start to die at a pH-level of 7.5. That’s why it’s crucial our food should be mainly alkaline. The truth is, however, it’s often the other way round. Below, you will be presented the best 27 alkaline foods that guarantee to get your pH-level to the best value possible.

“Although we know how bad processed foods are, these ‘delicacies’ are still our favorite. Processed products, fast food, GMOs and sugary treats keep harming our bodies, and the worst thing is that we are well aware of it. Health-harming foods alter our pH values to terrifying extent.

Human bodies are meant to be alkaline, but we go against nature and make them acidic. Why would you prefer junk food over health-friendly fruits and veggies? Acidic pH values affect the immune function, and make the body prone to ailments.

It really can affect your urine though …I just know with animals, their diets can affect the acidity or alkalinity of the urine, especially male cats..this matters due to their propensity to get stones (blocked tom)
