    The misconception about a vegan diet making you tired due to lack of protein always frustrates me i have to say. If you only make the switch overnight and do it for 30Days you are gonna feel pretty lousy anyway as you detox from all the junk you’ve been eating. It’s not really an accurate representation of what a plant based lifestyle achieves long term. That and replacing junk food with processed mock meats doesn’t really help either. It’d be much better to do a slow switch of meals using fresh ingredients and educate how to reduce meat and dairy consumption over time 🙂
