Dr. Nun S. Amen Ra is a living testament to the power of intermittent fasting. He eats only one meal a day, eats no meat, yet has a warrior physique and is a world weight lifting champion. This inspirational video is so full of eye opening information about the vegan diet, maximum life extension, fasting, meditation, yoga, the dangers of glycation and how sugar ages the body. Eating less lengthens lifespan, where eating a lot shortens it. HGH human growth hormone is increased in the body when fasting. This is great inspiration for fat loss, healthy vegetarian diet, muscle building and how powerful the results can be when determination, focus, willpower and steadfastness can be attained.     I couldn’t watch it for more than 45 seconds. There is no way he eats one meal a day. I call BS, not to mention how unhealthy that is.

    I understand. Also that’s true for short periods of time, but to claim you only eat one meal a day everyday and be that build isn’t possible sorry.

    I only eat one solid meal most days because I’m not doing much physical labor. This has helped me to keep off the 20 pounds I lost a few months ago. I can’t imagine consuming 3 meals daily, that’s a myth, especially with these pesticides laden foods. One meal is all I need. I’ll have a smoothie in the mornings or some type of fruits and water, it’s a great feeling.

    I actually never said that 3 meals a day was the way to go either. Again intermittent fasting is good for a short period but after that it’s best to fuel your body with small meals throughout the day. Sitting down for 3 large meals is just as bad as eating once a day.

    Dadree Williamson, yes one meal may be all you need if you aren’t doing much physical labor. This isn’t the case for the guy in the video. He clearly spend a lot of time working out and one meal wouldn’t suffice.

    Oh dear god, not this again. Embarrassing that this con is equated with veganism. It’s biologically not possible to eat that little and have that much muscle/strength without being on steroids.
