Being a college teacher and a fitness instructor makes it crucial to me to always be sufficiently provided with magnesium. The reason why is because magnesium plays a crucial role in the entire metabolism. To be exact, it accounts for more than 300 processes of your body. Against this background, you simply cannot afford to ignore this nutrient. So, if you should be deficient in magnesium, you are running the risk that your entire body and thus your whole health is going to be affected in a very negative way. Obtaining magnesium from your regular diet is not as easy as with other nutrients. In case you should find yourself suffering from one or even from several of the following 32 sypmtoms, you should take into serious consideration if it’s due to magnesium deficiency.

In order to prevent or solve this issue, you should regularly consume foods rich in this important mineral. However, you may still experience magnesium deficiency issues and not get the  recommended daily value.

Hence, you need to take supplements, one capsule a day. Yet, you need to be extremely cautious, as numerous supplements may include harmful ingredients, like gluten, preservatives, sugar, dairy or wheat.”
