Apples: This fruit can easily replace foods rich in carbohydrates and what’s best, you can eat as many as you like.

Avocado: This fruit is rich in fiber and monounsaturated fatty acids, which contribute greatly to reducing belly fat.

Watermelon: Similarly to cucumber, watermelon is 80% water, similarly to cucumbers, it is very low in calories and is extremely useful for reducing your waistline.

Almonds: These nuts are abundant in vitamin E and fiber, which will successfully keep unhealthy cravings at bay and make you feel full longer.
