We all know that living a healthy life is closely linked to the right diet habits. Unfortunately, too many people seem to ignore this fact. - Hydrolyzed wheat
- Sodium acid pyrophosphate
- Natural beef flavor
- Hydrolyzed milk
- Hydrogenated soybean oil
- Soybean oil
- Canola oil
- Hydrogenated oil
- Citric acid
In case you are unfamiliar with these terms, we are here to warn you about the top three most threatening names listed above: TBHQ, dimethylpolysiloxane and hydrogenated soybean oil.
First, Dimethylpolysilioxane is usually used in the hair products industry, and is often noticed in silly putty and aquarium tank sealants. This contains loads of formaldehyde, responsible for causing allergies, brain damage, autoimmune diseases and, ultimately, cancer.
Second, hydrogenated soybean oil belongs to the group of unhealthy trans fats, which are known to be a huge health threat for humans. Two studies conducted in the USA stated that 100 000 deaths in the States could be prevented if this compound was eliminated from people’s daily menus.
Then, there is the TBHQ, short from tertiary butylhydroquionone. This compound found in the making of French fries, is added to numerous foods to prevent their spoiling. Shockingly, TBHQ is regularly used in the production of perfumes and bio diesel.
