I wish I would get better at eating breakfast. I will try to work harder on it and follow the advice in the post.
That’s the right spirit! I succeeded by getting up early enough so that I can take sufficient time to prepare and enjoy my breakfast. However, if this should be an issue to you, you can also prepare your breakfast for the next day the evening before. I found out that the morning is virtually the only time of the day I can really take control of. Once the day has started one is often forced to meet several deadlines going along with a loss of controlling the course of the day the way you would wish to. So, starting the day out right will give you the power to meet the dues of the day without getting too worn out. Keep me updated on your progress 🙂
